The members of the Irwin County Middle School Y Club in conjunction with Irwin County School System’s, Food Pantry, and Irwin County Family Connections, worked hard collectively to make donations of Thanksgiving food boxes to families in the community. The Y Club provided side dishes such as mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, yams, cornbread mix, cake mix, gravy, and stuffing. The other organizations provided turkeys. We would like to thank and recognize these young people for having the heart to serve and give back to their community.
