Congratulations to Haley Clark! Haley is an 11th grade student at ICHS. She was the winner of the ICHS Young Georgia Authors Competition and moved on to the RESA region competition. The RESA competition included writings from winners in the 12 districts. Haley was the region winner and her writing will now move on to the state-level competition. The state winners will be announced in July. Irwin County is very proud of Haley and her outstanding accomplishment!
